Honolua Legends!

LAst sunday on january 31 I had a chance to visit Honolua Bay , my favorite surf spot in Maui!

It was a 10th annual "Honolua Legends" surf contest. It is divided on different age groups as well as short boards/longboard divisions. It was very successful, it started with early morning 2 foot swell for younger surfers and by 11 o'clock the surf was up and pumping!

The event is in Amateur league but it is very entertaining! Any contest at Honolua Bay is worth watching !
