I think this will be like the 3s, more hardware upgrade... look at 3 and 4... I will wait for 5, just my opinion

It's not like Apple to come up with drastic stylistic changes as frequently as others; the physical nature of their devices evolve up to a certain point of near perfection in Apple's opinion, and then it's a considerable amount of fine-tuning, which is how design should be. Just look at how little the iMac and MacBookPro have changed over the past few years, not to mention OSX overall. Under the hood, the 4S is a completely different phone than the 4.

Sure it hasn't changed in terms of design but it is still a better phone than iPhone 4.

There is almost no worthwhile difference in upgrading from iPhone 4 to 4S. Except for SIRI which for those that haven't played with it themselves you will most likely have a smile on your face. If like me you watched Star Trek Next Generation (or any Star Trek) you will see SIRI as the closest step to "Computer...Earl Grey, 80 Degrees"
