My sister was studying Swedish and few years ago their friend from Sweden came here around St. Lucia and they agreed to form a quire and sing Swedish songs about that holiday. That had that funny pointy hats. People were looking funny at them. What is going on? hehehe. But we had great time. Afterwords we had cool party and we were drinking something. Was it grog or something similar? It was fun!

I love the Santa Lucia day! My daughters dress up and wear the candles and serve me coffee and Lucia Buns (also known as Saffron Buns).

I like the snow but the winters get garder and harder to go through the older you get....it's too cold and way to dark here :)

But the dark is nice around xmas when every body lights candles.
