Kontain Klass Our World | Hanmer to Christchurch

Last weekend, we went for a trip to Hanmer Springs. It was a social weekend for students and parents in Braden's Homebase (Unlimited Paenga Tawhiti). Big thanks to Amy for organizing the trip! We had a great time.
Hanmer is a few hours from Christchurch. It is situated in the upper-middle section of the South Island of New Zealand, just before the Lewis Pass, which takes you from the Canterbury region to the West Coast.
Things to do in Hanmer include scenic walks, a visit to the hot pools and adventure sports such as bungy jumping and jet boating.

I decided to take photos from the car, during the trip home, to give you an idea of what the countryside looks like between Hanmer and Christchurch. Unfortunately, it rained some of the time, hence the gray sky.
It is currently winter time here in New Zealand. :-)
