The Future of Magazines?

If iPad apps come out with this functionality—and I think they eventually will—I think it’ll change the way we consume magazine/newspaper content. Pretty interesting stuff...

(However, I might be a little hesitant to grab hold of anyone else’s iPad for fear of the number of trips to the bathroom it had made.)

this was really well done, with the sound'fxs etc...was it done before the iPad came out? Im guessing so with the amount of work behind it.

Yeah, this was done before the iPad was announced, and they even have a live demo running on a traditional touchscreen tablet notebook. I'm sure they're scrambling around these days creating an iPad version. In the future, I can see a world where we buy iPad apps of magazines and pay yearly subscriptions.
