Valentine's Dinner
For Valentine's Day this year, instead of going out, we decided to stay in and I cooked a few dishes. On the menu was Spinach Artichoke Dip, followed by a Caprese Salad and Lasagna for the main dish.
As it turned out, we ended up getting full off of the dip and ended up saving the lasagna and making the salads the day after. In an attempt to post to Kontain more, I decided to photo-document the preparation and final outcome of the meal.
