I like the new BBC homepage but apparently it got a lot of complaints from users, quite a few wanted the old design back. I must say I prefer the new look, just wondered why so many people didn't like it. Is it because they just get used to a certain look and don't like change?

I think because general users are afraid to get used to new things.
