Nice work! I really like the interface and different color scheme. One thing I would consider is moving up the Search job (and possibly newsletter) fields up to the top above the main menu or making them stand out a bit more

Nice work! I really like the interface and different color scheme. One thing I would consider is moving up the Search job (and possibly newsletter) fields up to the top above the main menu; they are not very visible where they are now.

Your website design is quite professional and I'm sure that any company would love to hire you for such a job. I wonder how will some websites cope with cloud encryption methods in the future. This will have to be taken into account when designing a website.
